Explore our premium grade heavy-duty motor, gear, and industrial fluids tailored for extreme operational environments.
Differentials are among the most highly stressed mechanical components in automotive powertrains and industrial heavy machinery. As torque requirements swell across global logistics, shipping, construction, and mining industries, the demand for high-performance differential gear oils has reached unprecedented heights.
Traditional mineral gear oils struggle under modern extreme-pressure (EP) operational parameters. Hypoid gear designs, common in heavy-duty differentials, experience a high level of sliding friction in addition to rolling contact. Under these circumstances, standard lubrication fails, leading to micro-pitting, gear scoring, and eventual catastrophic failure.
In response, global supply chains have shifted toward high-viscosity synthetic formulations (Group III, Group IV PAO, and ester-based lubricants) that integrate specialized sulfur-phosphorus EP additives. These additives thermally decompose in high-load areas to form a resilient protective surface film, safeguarding components even under extreme shear loads.
Modern differential lubricants must manage four critical zones: hydrodynamic lubrication, mixed boundary lubrication, thermal oxidation resistance, and fluid shear stability. When heavy vehicles negotiate turns, shock-loading occurs in the diff-lock assemblies, requiring instant anti-scuffing activation.
By using advanced sulfur-phosphorus chemistry, our gear oils form a tribochemical sacrificial layer on the teeth of hypoid gears. This layer reduces friction coefficients, prevents welding, and maintains operational stability from cold starts at -40°C to continuous operating temperatures of 150°C.
Additionally, the rise of electric vehicles (EVs) introduces new requirements for differential fluids. High-input motor speeds (up to 20,000 RPM) require excellent cooling capabilities, copper compatibility, and electrical conductivity control, steering the market toward next-generation ultra-low viscosity synthetic axle fluids.

Formulated to withstand extreme environments, our gear oils keep machinery running reliably worldwide.
Excavators, wheel loaders, and dump trucks operate under slow speeds and heavy shock loads. Our GL-5 gear oils form a robust sulfur-phosphorus barrier to protect gears from scuffing and pitting.
For long-haul logistics fleets, fuel efficiency and extended drain intervals are critical. Our fully synthetic differential lubricants reduce internal fluid friction, helping to improve fleet fuel economy.
Harvesters and tractors face high levels of dirt, dust, and water exposure. Our formulations prevent sludge buildup and rust formation, maintaining film strength under hot, humid operating conditions.

API GL-5 oils contain up to twice the concentration of extreme-pressure (EP) additives compared to GL-4 oils. This makes GL-5 ideal for hypoid gear differentials in passenger cars and heavy trucks. However, they should not be used in gearboxes with yellow-metal (bronze/copper) synchronizers, as the sulfur-phosphorus compounds can corrode those components unless specific buffers are added.
Limited-slip differentials rely on clutch plates to allocate torque between tires. Without friction modifiers, the plates can chatter and slip unevenly. Our specialized LSD formulations contain friction-reducing agents that ensure smooth clutch engagement, reducing wear and operational noise.
We utilize automated blending systems monitored by real-time viscosity and density meters. Every production run undergoes laboratory testing for ASTM/API compliance before packaging and shipping, ensuring consistent performance for every batch.
We supply lubricants in standard 1-liter, 4-liter, and 18-liter pails, as well as 200-liter steel drums for industrial and workshop use. Custom container sizes and designs are also available through our OEM/ODM division.
